Workshops

At Hilfmann Psychological Services, workshops represent an important part of our psychoeducational, professional, and organizational activities. Since 2011, Hilfmann has organized and conducted workshops, seminars, lectures, and interdisciplinary educational events for: mental health professionals, organizations, universities, corporate teams, students, and the wider public. Our workshops are grounded in: Evidence-Based Practice and Interdisciplinary Approach and aim to combine modern psychological science with practical applicability, professional relevance, and accessible communication.

Areas of Focus

Hilfmann workshops may address topics related to: anxiety and stress, burnout prevention, emotional regulation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma and resilience, communication psychology, organizational psychology, workplace mental health, behavioral science, neuroscience, unconscious bias, psychological adaptation, behavioral addictions, and evidence-based psychotherapy. Special attention is devoted to helping participants better understand the relationship between: thoughts, emotions, behavior, nervous system functioning, and environmental influences.

Workshops for Organizations and Companies

Hilfmann also provides workshops and psychoeducational programs for organizations and professional teams, particularly within the IT and technology sectors. Corporate workshops may focus on: stress and burnout management, employee well-being, communication and teamwork, emotional resilience, leadership-related psychological topics, unconscious bias, and healthy organizational culture. Among the organizations and companies we have collaborated with are Picsart, Adobe, Synopsys, and other local and international organizations.
